The Institutional Advancement Office project converted a +/-7000 square-foot office suite out of an underutilized meeting space atop the Xavier South academic and office building. In its new form, the space functions as a spacious and impressive headquarters for the fund-raising, alumni relations, and public affairs activities of the university. Off-the shelf and recycled furniture items are engaged with built-in architectural features to created an enhanced expression on a modest budget. Classic modern lighting and furniture is employed in all spaces.
