The Xavier University Center 125,000+ square foot facility housing campus dining, retail, student services and staff offices, as well as large meeting and recreation spaces. The facility hosts a wide variety of events for students, university employees and visitors to the university campus. The wide range of uses in the building called for durable and flexible furniture solutions. Areas of heavy public use are furnished with sturdy classic pieces outfitted with high performance upholstery and surface finishes. The President’s Room, where the university hosts its most distinguished guests, features a custom-made suite of mahogany tables and casegoods. Selections from the university’s art collection are installed throughout the project.
